Triple-layered ventilated skin – although it looks sophisticated use of glazing, it is a very logical way to express this organic footprint. Consisting of overlapping flat panels which resemble snakeskin, the need for curved panels is obviated. In fact, the building will be clad in ventilated glazing with every single piece of identical size reducing build cost.
at about 2/3 of its height, the top is twisted into a spiraling spike bounded by the site local townscape context.

The skyscraper will incorporate several sustainable features such as low-energy cooling systems, heat recovery and reuse and an energy efficient plant. About 200kW of electricity will be produced through 90,000 photovoltaic panels planned to be installed on the rooftop and the façade at spiraling top.
The Pinnacle is targeting to meet the Excellent rating requirement of BREEAM.
